AIA Policyholder Survey – competition for chance to win one of five $500 online gift vouchers

1. Information on how to enter, the prize and other details connected with this competition form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion is run by Nature Pty Ltd (the ‘Promoter’, ABN 74360915718) of 3/3 Newton Street Cremorne VIC 3121 (tel. 03 9867 5535).
3. By participating in this survey and competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. The competition is open to those members invited by email to participate in the AIA online survey held from 5th to 17th September 2024. Nature reserves the right to extend this time frame if required. Entrants must complete the survey and provide contact information for the prize draw to be eligible.
6. Five (5) winners will be selected based on the responses provided to the question, “What could AIA do to improve your experience with them?”
7. The winners will be the entrants who submit the most creative and original valid entry, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter’s decision is final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into regarding that decision. Winners will be selected by 27th September 2024 and informed within 7 working days by email (from an ‘@nature.com.au” email address). Three attempts will be made to contact winners over a two week period, should any winner not respond within this timeframe their prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected to take their place. Five winners will receive a $500 online GiftPay voucher to be used on a number of available retailers. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferrable.

Eligible entrants

This competition is open to:

AIA or AIA Health policyholders who are Australian citizens, permanent residents or permanent working individuals currently residing in Australia. All individuals must be invited (via email) to participate in (complete) our AIA Customer Survey and be aged 18 years and over.

The following persons are NOT eligible to enter this competition:

Any person who does not meet the above criteria AND:

• Directors, officers, managers, employees, contractors and other staff members of AIA, and their immediate family members.
• Financial advisers, para planners, support staff of financial planning businesses, or staff of any licensee/aggregator/platform associated with the Promoter.
