Finance Sector Union of Australia (The FSU) Survey – competition for chance to win one of five $200 online gift vouchers

1. Information on how to enter, the prize and other details connected with this competition form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion is run by Nature Pty Ltd (ABN 74360915718) of 3/3 Newton Street Cremorne VIC 3121 (tel. 03 9867 5535).
3. By participating in this survey and competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. The competition is open to those who are invited by email to participate in the FSU online survey held from 9 May 2024 to 30 June 2024. Nature reserves the right to extend this time frame if required.
6. Five (5) winners will be chosen by Nature Pty Ltd by 5 July 2024 and informed within 7 days by email. Five winners will receive a $200 online GiftPay voucher to be used on a number of available retailers. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferrable.
