NAB 2025 Survey – competition for 2 x $500 gift cards

The survey is being conducted on behalf of NAB by the independent market research agency Nature Pty Ltd (Nature).

1. Entry is open to all customers of NAB who qualify for the survey.
2. Competition commences on 22 July 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST time) and concludes on 8 August 2025 11:59 pm (AEST time). Entry to this competition is via NAB’S online research survey. To enter and be eligible to win, survey participants must complete the survey to the final question.
3. A maximum of one entry per participant is permitted and only one prize per participant can be won. The prize winner will be decided by a game of chance.
4. NAB assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to or by NAB or any entrant, whether caused by communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise.
5. NAB take no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunication service or equipment of any party.
6. Nature will conduct the prize draw at Nature’s offices on 12:00pm, 12pm August 2025.  Two (2) winners will be selected at random using a game of chance.
7. The winning participants will each receive a $500 GiftPay Digital Gift Card.
8. The prize winners will be notified via email within 7 days.
9. If Nature’s representative is unable to contact the winner email, Nature will determine the next best response from the competition entries until a winner has been contacted.
10. The prizes will be emailed to the prize winners within 28 days of making contact.
11. If the prize specified becomes unavailable for any reason which is out of NAB's control, then a similar prize of equal value will be awarded in lieu.
12. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The gift card will expire 3 years from the date of issue and it is up to the prize winner to use the value of the gift card before the expiry date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.

14. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAB will not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. Nature’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
