Having been born and raised in Colombia and moving to the opposite side of the world (quite literally, would've been hard to go further even if he tried), Carlos has widened his understanding of the world, and managed to learn even further on how to adapt to change.
With such a contrasting move and change, Carlos has been able to develop a wider perception on the way he sees things, and how the world works. This has also widened his perception and his capabilities within research.
Carlos is a quantitative researcher with 3 years' experience within the industry. Across this time, Carlos has had a focus mainly on brand and CX, with a bit of creative on the side. At the same time, he's had the chance to work in a wide variety of categories, from make-up and hair care to Telcos and energy, even sport.
Before jumping on the Market Research bus, Carlos did a Bachelor of International Business Management back in Colombia and had a casual role as a community manager.
