Joe’s passion within market research is discovering and implementing technology and tools that enable clients to access timely information and help colleagues do great work.
Starting his career working within a social research call centre while completing a Bachelor of Commerce, he soon landed a full-time position within the research industry. After spending a couple years working as a hybrid consultant / project manager, he settled within the operations space. Joe’s speciality was managing large and complex data collection projects and integrating these with reporting platforms. This created a passion for discovering new ways of working, learning about the latest technology offerings and implementing these within an organisation.
