Olivia’s lust for consumer research and insights blossomed during her time undertaking her Masters in Applied Psychology, a qualification tailored to the specific research and theoretical applications of psychology in informing strategic business decisions.
This equipped her with extensive skills across research methods, consumer behaviour and strategic communications.
Her career started off with her time working at Mediaverse, where she gained experience around reputational and corporate communications research. This then paved the way for her entry into market research, where she joined Hall & Partners most recently and worked with both of their government and commercial teams.
