We’re excited to share with our community that Christine O'Keefe has joined our team as Head of Qualitative Consulting. Christine brings two decades of experience and expertise, having worked with some of Australia’s top-tier brands and led teams and businesses in qualitative research, strategic planning, and behavioural science.
Joining Nature to take the helm of our qualitative practice, Christine will work alongside teams across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. She will continue to grow our already-strong qualitative offering and provide Nature’s clients the very best and latest thinking in qualitative methods from around the world while adding her strategic firepower.
An industry innovator in qualitative research, Christine will use a wide range of methodologies, including the latest innovations in AI, to augment Nature’s ability to deliver the best multi-disciplinary insight and strategy.
Christine joins our leadership team in a newly created role, highlighting both our exciting growth but also our commitment to investing in and scaling Nature’s capability in qualitative methods to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Prior to joining Nature, Christine held senior research and strategy positions at The Lab, AJF Partnership and Y&R as well as operating her own practise as a strategy and research partner. She has worked across many of Australia's top-tier businesses in diverse industries, including retail, insurance, banking, technology, higher education, alcohol, FMCG, automotive, civil engineering and Government. Boasting two decades of marketing strategy experience centred around driving business growth wherever the challenge lies, from brand to product to experience and beyond, Christine operates on the principle of clarity above all; clarity of customer insight, clarity of what to do with it, where to focus, clarity for teams and for stakeholders.
