Keep growing at Nature
Build broad exposure across the industry
Join a culture people genuinely enjoy being part of

Work on real projects

This is an opportunity to apply what you’re learning in the classroom to the real world.
As an intern at Nature, you’ll contribute to live projects, sit in on discussions, and gain exposure to how strategic thinking becomes real client work. It’s a practical way to understand how brands make decisions, and how evidence, insight and good questions shape what happens next.

Learn by doing, with support around you

You’ll get hands-on experience, along with mentoring, coaching and development from experienced people across the business.

We want interns to leave with a clear sense of whether this industry is for them, and what comes next. That means helping you build confidence, sharpen your thinking, and get a better sense of where your strengths could take you. You’ll also have access to our learning and development program, Nurture, which gives you tools and resources to keep growing. At the end of the program, we want you to have a good sense as to whether consulting is a career pathway for you or not.

What happens at the end?

At the end of the internship, we’ll sit down together and reflect on the experience.

We’ll share feedback on your strengths, where you’ve shown promise, what to focus on next. From there, we can talk honestly about what’s next.

For some people, that might be a future in insights, consulting or strategy. For others, it might help clarify a different path in an adjacent field. Either way, the aim is the same: to give you practical experience, clear direction, and support for what comes next.

If you’re thoughtful, eager to learn, and interested in how brands make decisions, we’d love to keep you in the loop.
