Standard Terms and Conditions of Entry and Privacy Statement

 

  1. By registering for this promotion, you accept these terms and conditions.
  2. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry.
  3. To enter:
    • Upon completion of the survey, respondents will be prompted to write what they think Bunnings could do to improve their shopping experience. To enter respondents must fully fill out their response to this question and then submit their entry online.
    • Only respondents who have participated in the research study by invitation are eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is permitted.
    • There are no costs associated with entry.
    • This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  4. Directors, management and employees of Bunnings Group Limited or the Promoter and their immediate families, employees of Bunnings Group Limited, and those who work in advertising and market research and agencies, retailers and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  5. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  6. The promotion commences at 9.00am on Wednesday 3rd April 2024 and concludes at 10pm (NZDT) on Monday 15th April 2024 (Promotion Period).
  7. Entrants will have the opportunity to win one of ten $100 NZD Bunnings Gift Cards. Total maximum prize pool is $1000.00 NZD. Any ancillary costs associated with using abovementioned prizes are not included.
  8. The best valid ten entries as determined by the judges appointed by the Promoter will win one prize. The judges’ decision will be made by Friday 3rd May 2024. The winners will be notified personally within 7 days of the judges’ decision.
  9. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken in any other format.
  10. The winners will be sent an email to the email address nominated at the end of the survey, with their $100 NZD Bunnings Gift Card prize. Through confirming receipt of gift card, Winners have ‘claimed’ their prize.
  11. Prizes must be claimed by 15th May 2024 otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter will distribute the prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a prize. Prizes will be sent via email address.
  12. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The Promoter is Nature Pty Ltd (ABN 74 360 915 718), 3 / 3 Newton Street, Cremorne VIC 3121.

  14. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  15. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
  16. The Promoter does not warrant and makes no representations that any prize will be fit for any purpose or will be of merchantable quality. If liability under any terms implied at law cannot be excluded, the liability of the Promoter and its associated agencies is limited to the resupply of the prize or the cost of its resupply.
  17. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise for any prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought in this regard.
  19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt of affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and, subject to the approval of those authorities who have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
  20. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy statement which adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 (cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
