Antony has a passion for curiosity and identifying insights to support businesses in better understanding consumer decision making and distilling the complexities of data into simple actions.
Holding a BSc in Mathematics, Antony spent a year teaching 11-16 year olds before heading into Market Research. Following a decade in the Market Research industry in the UK, most recently at Walnut Unlimited, Antony made the decision to relocate to Melbourne and join Nature in early 2023.
Antony is particularly experienced in conducting Voice of Customer (VOC), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Brand and NPD studies. Antony thrives in taking these customer perspectives and translating data into actionable recommendations to drive commercial change. He’s worked across various sectors including financial services, automotive and travel.
