Hayden studied a diverse range of subjects at university, completing a triple major in marketing, management and psychology. His first real job was as a territory sales manager selling gum and mints, but soon after he switched to research and has been loving it ever since.
Prior to joining Nature, he spent over 5 years at Woolcott Research & Engagement working on a variety of quantitative, qualitative and deliberative engagement projects.
Hayden is passionate about using his knowledge of business and psychology to dive deeper into data to ask “what does this actually mean?” Hayden is always excited to learn new things – whether it be how to best service a new client, how to do something better or a completely new way of doing research.
