With nearly two decades of insights consulting experience backed by a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Commercial Law from Deakin University, James’ expertise spans a wide range of methods and industries, with a particular focus on brand strategy, tracking, and communications effectiveness across sectors including financial services, FMCG, retail, media, and telecommunications.
In 2019, James launched Nature in Sydney, and in the years since, he has scaled the business to a team of 20 consultants, overseeing more than 700 projects for over 100 clients and counting.
Today, James continues to push the business forward, leading Nature’s AI transformation and shaping how Aurora, our AI platform, supports the speed, quality and impact of our work. Beyond the strategic puzzles of the office, James is a firm believer in mentoring his growing team and fostering high standards across the Sydney team.
A resident of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, James spends his weekends embracing the local lifestyle with his wife and their two children.
