Josh Paterson


With a degree specialising in marketing and communication and media studies, Josh’s passion for research stems from his curiosity of the ‘why’ and his interest in discovering what makes consumers tick.

During his time in the research and insights space, Josh has gained experience working across a wide breadth of organisations, with a key focus on the FMCG industry.

  • As a self-proclaimed sports nuffy, Josh loves watching his Richmond Tigers (most of the time), playing golf on the weekends, and spending summer glued into the Aussie summer of cricket.
  • As a keen triathlete, Josh spends most of his time outside of work in a pool, on a bike or in his runners.
  • Josh often finds himself rewatching The Office (US version of course) as an easier alternative to picking out a new Netflix show
