This year’s award season marks a milestone for Nature. Achieving a three-peat as The Research Society’s Research Organisation of the Year, together with being named B&T Research Agency of the Year, reflects our evolution as a business and the collective effort behind it. Our shift from a research agency to a multidisciplinary advisory firm has reshaped not only how we work but how our story is understood in the industry.
Alongside our agency of the year awards, we were recognised for client impact through the Research Effectiveness – Consumer Insights Award for our “Mini Makeover” project with Asahi Lifestyle Beverages.
Taken together, these results highlight more than category wins. They reflect the depth of capability we have built, the integration across disciplines and a culture that continues to power the way we work. Recognition is rewarding, but the work behind it is what matters most. These achievements come from sustained effort, capability uplift, collaboration and a commitment to delivering meaningful impact for clients.

2025 was a year of real momentum for Nature. B&T captured this shift in announcing the result:
“Nature enters this year not as the same agency that last won Research Agency of the Year in 2020, but as a significantly expanded, evolved and future-focused strategic advisory business.”
That sentiment reflects how our capability has broadened and how the pieces of our advisory model are now working together. Much of this progress has come from focused investment across four areas.
A senior team now leads human-centred insight and behavioural understanding, strengthening the creativity, depth and impact of our work.
A new unit helps clients navigate cultural complexity, identity shifts and strategic growth challenges, bringing together research, strategy and cultural insight in one integrated offering.
With a newly appointed Head of AI, technology now supports the full insight journey, enhancing precision, speed and creativity and opening new possibilities for how we deliver work.
Our presence has expanded across Australia, strengthening relationships and deepening connection with the communities we work in.
These shifts have strengthened our capability and integration, enabling us to bring more strategic, multi-dimensional advice to the problems our clients are working to solve.
Alongside our advisory evolution, our culture has remained the magic that ties everything together. This year brought meaningful growth across teams, new faces joining the business, continued learning and development, and countless moments of connection on and off the tools.
Culture is what makes these achievements possible. It shows up in how we support one another, how we adapt, how we stay connected and how we bring our values to life every day across the business.
As Nature approaches its 20th anniversary, our ambition remains unchanged. We want to set a new benchmark for what excellence looks like in the industry and continue to offer our people and clients the very best the market has to offer.
With our multidisciplinary capability fully integrated and our culture stronger than ever, 2026 promises to be another year of meaningful momentum.
