Nature has expanded its team across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, bringing five new people into key roles as we continue to evolve our capability in line with where clients—and the broader market—are heading. From qualitative depth to AI innovation, these hires reflect a deliberate focus on building expertise in the areas that matter most.
The qualitative team, led by Christine O’Keefe, has seen strong momentum over the past year—particularly across large, complex strategic work. In Brisbane, Jed Larwood joins as Senior Consultant, bringing strategic and behavioural insight experience from The Lab and the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
In Sydney, we’ve welcomed Flora Delecour as Senior Associate Director. She brings deep expertise in running large-scale research programs, most recently at Edentify. Flora is joined by Lauren Boubouras, stepping into the role of Associate Director after several years at MetrixLab, where she led global research engagements.
We’re also excited to have Sharon Spargo back in the team as Director and Head of Operations following her sabbatical. Her return strengthens our ability to scale while staying true to the way we like to work. Also joining the Melbourne team is Jessica Holohan, who brings international experience from Opinions in Ireland and joins us as a Consultant.
To keep pace with client demand and the evolving insights landscape, we’ve created a new role: Head of AI. Alex Conningham has stepped into this role as Senior Associate Director, leading the next stage of development for Aurora, our proprietary AI platform, and helping us embed intelligent tools that support faster, smarter decisions.
