Nature continues to grow its national team, with eight new appointments across our Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane offices.
Deepening qualitative capability
Just seven months since Christine O’Keefe joined to lead our qualitative team, we have expanded the function to five people nationally. Qualitative insights are now fully embedded as a core pillar of our multi-disciplinary offering.
- Stuart Malcolm joins in Sydney as Senior Associate Director, Qualitative. With senior roles at CrowdDNA and Fiftyfive5, Stuart brings deep cultural insight and qualitative leadership experience to the team.
- Jemimah Gray steps in as Associate Director, Qualitative. Jemimah brings a strong track record in trends and strategic qualitative work from TRA and Fiftyfive5.
- Jed Larwood has been promoted to Associate Director, Qualitative in recognition of his key role in building and shaping the practice.
- Also joining is Lilia Blanari, as Operations Lead, Qualitative, bringing operational expertise from Pollinate.
Growing our broader team
Beyond qualitative, we have welcomed new talent into consulting, strategy, and operations, further strengthening our ability to deliver strategic advice that is rigorous, creative, and commercially impactful.
- Briahna Certoma joins in a newly created Strategy Support role, working closely with Aliya Hasan to scale the impact of our strategy team.
- James Shelley joins Melbourne as a Senior Consultant, bringing end-to-end quantitative consulting expertise from Lewers.
- Estelle Pack steps into a Senior Consultant role in Melbourne following several years at Kantar UK, where she worked in marketing science.
- Millie Niere comes on board as Consultant from Decision Design, adding depth to our growing behavioural science capability.
- Supporting our national team operations, Gabby Webb joins as Office Manager, bringing experience from Inventium to help coordinate and support culture across all three offices.
These hires cap off a strong first half of the year for Nature, underpinned by high-impact work across brand, product, and CX.
Looking ahead
This phase of growth reflects more than just an expanding headcount. It is about strengthening our capabilities, sharpening our thinking, and building a team ready to help clients make better decisions today while shaping what comes next.
As Chris Crook, Founder and Managing Partner at Nature, says:
“These new hires reflect the momentum we are seeing and the positive response from clients to our expanded qualitative offer. It is already making an impact, and we believe this is only the beginning. Great things lie ahead as we continue to deliver best-in-class advice grounded in multidisciplinary thinking.”
