PEXA Survey – competition for 5 x $500 gift cards
The survey is being conducted on behalf of PEXA by the independent market research agency Nature Pty Ltd (Nature) ABN 74360915718.
- Entry is open to all contacts of PEXA who qualify for the survey.
- Competition commences on 27 July 2026 at 9.00am (AEST) and concludes on 16 August 2026 at 11.59pm (AEST). Entry to this competition is via Nature’s online research survey. To enter and be eligible to win, survey participants must complete the survey to the final question.
- A maximum of one entry per participant is permitted and only one prize per participant can be won. The prize winner will be decided by a game of chance.
- PEXA take no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunication service or equipment of any party.
- Nature will conduct the prize draw at Nature’s offices on 28 August 2026 at 12.00pm (AEST). Five (5) winners will be selected at random using a game of chance.
- The winning participants will each receive a $500 VISA Digital Gift Card.
- The prize winners will be notified via email within 7 days.
- If Nature’s representative is unable to contact the winner by email, Nature will randomly select another winner.
- The prizes will be emailed to the prize winners within 14 days of making contact.
- If the prize specified becomes unavailable for any reason which is out of PEXA’s control, then a similar prize of equal value will be awarded in lieu.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The gift card will expire 3 years from the date of issue and it is up to the prize winner to use the value of the gift card before the expiry date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEXA will not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Nature’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
